There are two ways to submit support requests to CHAMPS.
1. Via e-mail (CHAMPS will supply the support e-mail directly to customers.)
2. Via the Help Center (You will need an account to enter support requests through the Help Center. If you need access, please contact a CHAMPS support team member. )
To submit a support request to CHAMPS through the Help Center, click the Submit a request link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Enter your e-mail and password and click Sign In.
You will be directed to the Submit a request form.
As you enter a Subject for your request, articles from the Help Center that may be related and will be displayed. This may provide this information you were looking for!
Fill out the details of the request in the Description section. This could be an issue discovered, a question, an enhancement request, etc.
Files such as screen shots or example reports can be attached to the request by clicking the Add file link or by dragging the file on to the page.
After clicking Submit you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
