The Work Order completion process is driven by Work Flow. This ensures that all business rules are pragmatically enforced. Let's look at how Work Flow is changed on the Work Order document.
Work Flow Control
The Work Flow Control is found at the top of the Work Order pages. This dropdown will show what State the document is currently in and the States it can be moved to. To change the State of the document, simply select an available next State from the Work Flow Control.
Certain Work Flow States have been setup in the system with an Action Number(#) that is used to trigger program functions.
