Basic Application Icons
The following icons and dropdowns are displayed in the top right corner of the Application:
Login - opens the Sign In page. Enter your User Name & Password to Login.
Logout - Signs the current User out of the Application.
Language - Changes the Display Language of the Application.
Location dropdown - Changes the Users current Location, select an available Location from the Location dropdown.
The following toolbar icons are commonly used by all Browse pages:
Adds a new record.
Export the current list to a PDF.
Exports the current list to a .CSV file that can be opened with Excel.
Refreshes the current view of information.
Resets the search parameters or filters that have been established.
Down the left hand column are the Row selector icons. Some common examples are:
Edits the record in that row.
Views the current record.
Opens a print preview for printing the document.
Deletes the record in that row.
Here are the Buttons commonly used throughout CHAMPS.
Save – This allows you to save a record. By default, when click the Save button, you will either be redirected to the Edit page of the record or the Browse page.
Save and New – This allows you to save the data you have entered on this record and create a new record.
Cancel – This allows you cancel any changes you have made to a record, returning to its last saved state.
Here are the Pagination controls used to navigate through large lists of records.
First Page - Shows the first page of records.
Back - Shows the previous page of records.
Next - Shows the next page of records.
Last Page - Shows the last page of records.
Page Box – Allows you to manually go to a specific page.
Records Per Page Box – Allows you set how many records will be display on each page. The default is ten records per page.
Go – Applies your entries in the Page and Records Per Page boxes to the list.
