Inspections are used collect the signatures of those performing the physical inspections, record any observations they make, and mark the Asset as operable or not based on the Inspectors findings.
The Supervisor Browse page displays Inspections that are awaiting Review.
The Search for filter is designed to retrieve values from the ID and Description fields on the records. To execute the search, click the Go button.
The Create Date filter is designed to show only records for the selected Date Range.
Sign as Supervisors and Managers
In order to sign as a Supervisor or a Manager, add the user to the Inspection Group of the Asset.
Then, click the Show Record and click the "Supervisors Signature" button. It will ask you, "Would you like to sign that you have reviewed the Inspection?" with the options "OK" and "Cancel". Click OK.
The same steps apply to signing as a Manager. The same user can not sign as a Manager if they have signed as a Supervisor.
Print Inspection Documents
The Operational Sheet Print icon (blue) is used if the "Print Operational Sheet" checkbox is selected on the Inspection Template. After the Inspection is complete it will ask if you would like to print an Operational Sheet.
If no is selected, the user is able, at any time, to click the icon and print the Operational Sheet.
The Inspection Checklist Print icon (red) is used when needing to see all of the users that signed at any time on the specific Inspection.
